Story
Hi friends!
I'm raising funds for A Better Way, a program supporting foster care and families. Kindly consider backing my campaign with a secure online donation and sharing a message of encouragement.
A Better Way is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and its services include mental health care for children, foster care, adoption, parent advocacy, family strengthening, and community training. One of the highlights for me is hiring parents who have successfully completed their case plans and regained custody of their children to mentor others in similar situations.
I will be participating in the first half marathon, along with other supporters of A Better Way as we try to raise $5,000 for our agency.

A Better Way is a San Francisco Bay Area 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides the highest quality services to children in - or at risk of entering - foster care, and their families, with the goal of establishing loving and lasting relationships.
We provide services free of charge including mental health care for children, foster care/adoption services, parent advocacy and family strengthening, as well as no-fee classes for parents (birth or foster) and professionals in the child welfare field.
Our mission: A Better Way empowers children and families to develop the insights, life skills, and permanent relationships that promote their social, emotional, educational and economic well-being.
